Shop regulations:
1. The Shop sells goods in accordance with the following regulations.
2. Placement of an order in the Shop means that all of the rules stipulated herein are approved.
3. Orders for products offered on the Shop's sites may be placed on the Shop's website, by telephone or electronic mail.
4. Goods may be ordered on the Shop's website and by electronic mail at any time of a day, 7 days in a week. Telephone orders may be placed within the working hours of the company.
5. Delivery costs are specified before the placement of an order. Information on the different costs of delivery can be found on the site together with the description of means of the delivery.
6. The price given for each product is binding at the time of the placement of the order. The given prices do not include costs of delivery. They are added when the order is placed, unless the product is included in a special offer at the given time and delivery costs are not charged. The Internet shop reserves the right to change prices without notice. Such changes do not apply to orders that are being fulfilled.
7. The Shop reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of an order which lacks full contact information or address of the Buyer, or if such information is incorrect.
8. The Shop reserves the right to withdraw from a concluded sales agreement for a product chosen by the Buyer no later than 5 days within the date of the order. A notification on the Seller's withdrawal from the agreement will be sent to the Buyer by electronic mail to the e-mail address specified in the registration form.
9. Personal and contact data given when buying are used only for the purposes of processing an order and will not be disclosed to third parties.
10. Payment for goods and delivery may be made by credit card or by using the PayPal system.
11. The shop does not collect information on the numbers of credit cards or details of bank accounts of the Buyer for the purposes of on-line payment. On-line payments are made by the agency of our partner, the PayPal company, which manages payments ordered by the buyer using their safe technology.
12. The Buyer shall bear responsibility for any loss and damage resulting from giving incorrect contact details.
13. Each order is processed together with an invoice that confirms the purchase amount and specifies the products purchased.
14. Complaints concerning mechanical damage caused in transport will be considered on the basis of a written shipment damage/inconsistency report made at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of a post office clerk or a courier, who confirms the document.
15. The parties shall do their utmost to settle any disputes that may arise in connection with the agreement in an amicable manner, while inevitable disputes shall be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the place of performance of the agreement.
